Booking Details
All prices are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of taxes and service charges.
All rooms are INCLUSIVE of American breakfast except * for the fan cooled hotel rooms which are EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Free transfer from Thongsala - from 3 days or more reservations only.
Use of safe box on reception & free wireless internet in restaurant.
Hillside Villas can be connected to the internet at 1,000 Baht per month.
Transfer return to Thongsala Pier 100 Baht per person.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 200 Baht per person.
Booking Restrictions
The Minimum Stay is 3 days on the Full Moon period, 5 nights at New Year and 5 nights at Christmas.
Maximum of 1 extra bed can be added.
Children 4-11 years sharing same bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Low and High Season: Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice for daily bookings and 30 days in advance for monthly bookings otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season and Full Moon : Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed daily bookings and 30 days in advance for monthly bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc). Cancellations made within 60 days of confirmation date have no transaction costs.
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
